Basic characteristics of water-based nonwoven ink
The water-based non-woven fabric ink mainly uses an alkali-soluble resin system, which has a certain degree of alkalinity, and is currently mainly used for paper printing. 1. Can be directly diluted with water for cleaning, low odor, easy to use, has the advantages of environmental protection and safety.
2. The printability of various papers is good, and there is generally no problem of poor adhesion.
3. Alkaline, pH value is generally in the range of 8 ~ 10.
4. Viscosity changes are complex. In addition to conventional factors, it is also susceptible to pH, a small amount of volatile components and some additives.
5. Easy to foam, reduce the generation of bubbles in the production and printing process.
6. Double drying mechanism of penetration absorption and volatile drying, controlling the drying speed of various colors of ink in multi-color overprinting.
